Product Liability
We have handled personal injury, wrongful death and property damage matters involving a wide range of consumer and commercial products involving motor vehicle crashworthiness, stability and sudden acceleration incidents, infant and juvenile car seats, small hand tools to heat-treating salt baths in both the home and work place, and other products such as overhead doors, footwear and many other items ranging from microchips to blast furnaces. Kevin K. McQuillan also has an engineering degree, has been involved in product liability counseling and is a member of the Society of Automobile Engineers (SAE) and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).
Family Law Litigation

New Home Construction Contracts. We have experience in both the legal and construction aspects of new home construction, for both builders and buyers. These types of contracts are more complex than existing home purchases due to the variety of insurance coverages that are required, financing issues, construction supervision issues, materials, and other aspects.
